I am an SNF Ambizione Fellow in theoretical particle physics at the University of Zürich. Previously, I held a postdoctoral position at the University of Milano Bicocca and I have been a postdoctoral research affiliate at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. I did my bachelor and master studies at the University of Milan and I obtained my PhD at the University of Oxford.
My research interests mostly focus on how to develop our knowledge of Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD), the theory which describes the interactions of quarks and gluons and the processes by which they bind to form hadrons, such as the protons circulating at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, Geneva.
